Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Effective July 29, 2026
What this page covers
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information, even though those terms are defined broadly and can include activity that isn't a sale in the everyday sense (like using ad-tracking pixels). SuperBoom doesn't engage in either activity, so there is no opt-out mechanism to operate — this page is our transparent statement of that fact, and of your broader rights.
What we do process, and why
We process merchant account data and, on behalf of merchants, shopper data collected from connected Shopify stores — strictly to provide the email marketing automation service merchants configure. We do not use that data for advertising, do not sell it to data brokers or advertisers, and do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. See our full Privacy Policy for the complete description of what we collect, our subprocessors, and our retention practices.
Your California rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and how it's used.
- Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to limited legal exceptions (see "Data retention" in our Privacy Policy).
- Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
- Opt out of sale/sharing and limit use of sensitive personal information — rights that, as described above, we already honor by design since we don't sell or share personal information.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@superboom.ai. We acknowledge requests within 10 business days and complete verified requests within 45 calendar days.
Non-discrimination
We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised any of these privacy rights.
