Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Effective July 29, 2026

Short version: SuperBoom does not sell personal information, and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — and has not done either in the preceding 12 months. There are no third-party advertising trackers on our service. The Shopify Web Pixel SuperBoom installs on a merchant's storefront collects commerce events solely as that merchant's service provider, for the merchant's own marketing — it is consent-gated, is never used for advertising networks or cross-context behavioral advertising, and its data is never sold or shared.

What this page covers

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information, even though those terms are defined broadly and can include activity that isn't a sale in the everyday sense (like using ad-tracking pixels). SuperBoom doesn't engage in either activity, so there is no opt-out mechanism to operate — this page is our transparent statement of that fact, and of your broader rights.

What we do process, and why

We process merchant account data and, on behalf of merchants, shopper data collected from connected Shopify stores — strictly to provide the email marketing automation service merchants configure. We do not use that data for advertising, do not sell it to data brokers or advertisers, and do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. Your California rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you and how it's used.
  • Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to limited legal exceptions (see "Data retention" in our Privacy Policy).
  • Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
  • Opt out of sale/sharing and limit use of sensitive personal information — rights that, as described above, we already honor by design since we don't sell or share personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@superboom.ai. We acknowledge requests within 10 business days and complete verified requests within 45 calendar days.

If you're a shopper, not a merchant: the personal information a store collects about you through its checkout and marketing is controlled by that store, not by SuperBoom. Please contact the store first. If you're unable to reach the store, email us and we'll do what we can, including relaying your request to the merchant or honoring it through Shopify's redaction system where applicable.

Non-discrimination

We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised any of these privacy rights.
